CONTEXT
As part of the Woodblock-team in cooperation with Dark Horses and Friends Electric Tim Jockel co-directed electrifying bumpers for Nissan’s sponsorship of the UEFA Champions League tournament, promoting Nissan’s LEAF and newly launched Ariya electric cars.
The individual films are designed to connect the thrill of Champions League football, with the excitement of driving Nissan’s EV range. Set in a futuristic art installation world, each ident takes the dramatic arc of an iconic football moment and mirrors it with the installation design and action of the vehicle.
